Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Free UK Shipping on all orders over £200.00

You can track order using Royal Mail Delivery Track service, once you have your tracking number which you will receive in the fulfillment email once you’ve got that you can track it HERE

International Shipping

All of EU £20.00

Rest of the world £25.00

Shipping Prices shown are based on single purchase items, for orders consisting of more than one item a charge of up to £5.00 per kilo is added

Please note: Purchasing from outside the UK has now changed. There will be taxes and duty payable on all deivieries outside the UK 

In-store pickup


Due to the current Covid restrictions our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 3pm on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns.


Refunds will only be provided on any goods deemed to be faulty. I ask that you make me aware within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and then returned with a note explaining the fault within 7 days of notification (we recommend using a recorded delivery service).

Once I have received the goods they will be assessed and once confirmed as faulty, we will arrange a refund within 24 hours

I design and create all my own garments, and a lot of effort and time goes into how I present my products from detailed high image photography, product descriptions and sizing guides.

But, even then I understand that sometimes (and it is very rare) that sometimes, something just doesn’t fit right, or it wasn’t as you’d hoped!

Obviously, I hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, don’t stress!

I will happily sort you out and exchange it – All I ask is please take care when trying on, and please keep all the tags on, and return them using a trusted recorded delivery service

I am more than happy to exchange or issue a store credit 


I am happy to cancel any orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once you have receive your order, should you feel that it is not as described, you should contact me within 24 hours of taking delivery. I will then look into it and consider the appropriate course of action, however, refunds will not be issued unless deemed to be faulty
